Chris manages projects from start to finish and is hands-on in the field to ensure quality work on-site. He supports property maintenance, preventive maintenance, apartment turns/renovations, and small construction needs keeping timelines and details on track.

Administration / Coordinator 

Molly Nielsen

Molly keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes, coordinating schedules, communication, and project logistics. She helps ensure customers get quick responses and that each job stays organized from planning through completion.
